How do I buy credits?

Do I need an account?
No account needed to buy. Sign in with your email and a one-time code to check your balance.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after that expires.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Can I use my credits in different apps?
Yes. Your balance belongs to you, not to one app, so credits bought in one app work in every other app that runs on OpenCredits.
How are credits deducted?
Each request deducts credits based on the tokens it uses, input and output, at the app's price for the model you chose. Every deduction shows up in your dashboard history.
